Processing Time
Each bracelet is handmade to order with care and intention. Please allow 3–5 working days for your piece to be created and prepared for dispatch.
During busy launch periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we will always keep you informed.
Shipping Method (UK)
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Estimated delivery 2–5 working days after dispatch (included as standard)
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Estimated delivery 1–2 working days after dispatch (available at checkout for an additional cost)
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been sent.
Important Notes
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Delays are outside of our control once your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail.
Please check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot offer refunds for parcels sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Missed Your Delivery?
If you are not home at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection from your local sorting office.
Please note that parcels are held for a limited time before being returned to us.
