Processing Time
Each Crystalline in Time talisman is handmade to order with care and intention. Please allow 3–5 working days for your piece to be created, carefully prepared and dispatched.
During particularly busy periods, processing may take a little longer. If this happens, we’ll keep you informed.
UK Delivery
All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – estimated delivery within 2–5 working days after dispatch and included as standard.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – estimated delivery within 1–2 working days after dispatch and available at checkout for an additional cost.
You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking information once your order is on its way.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
Missed Your Delivery?
If no one is available to receive your parcel, Royal Mail will provide instructions for redelivery or collection. Parcels are only held for a limited period before being returned to us.
